Small Group FAQ's
When do small groups meet?
The groups meet in two sessions every year. The Fall Session
begins in August and concludes in December and the Winter
Session begins in January and concludes in May.
How often do
small groups meet?
Small groups meet a minimum of 3 times per month.
What goes on
during a typical small group meeting?
There is a time of fellowship, prayer, study and discussion.
Other activities can include a meal, games, outings, etc....
Where do
small groups meet?
Small groups can meet at various home or a single location.
How do I join
a small group?
When a new small groups is beginning, you can sign-up at
church.
Is their a
size limit?
Small Groups are limited to a maximum of 14 people. If a
group is full, another group may be offered or you may place
your name on a waiting list.
Is there a
cost?
There may be a cost for materials that will usually be under
$20.
What about
children?
Often parents can hire a babysitter for all the children at
a separate home or in the home of the meeting. It is up to
each group to decide.
Who can join
a small group?
Small Groups at Grace are open to everyone.
How is
curriculum selected?
Small Group curriculum is approved by the Pastors and small
group leadership.
